UPDATE:
THE PRE-K SUMMER PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT. PK STUDENTS MAY ENROLL IN THE THREE-WEEK SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM.
St. Pius is offering one (1) summer camp program this year for our registered/enrolled students. The summer camp for grades PK-8 will be offered from July 7 - 25, 2025.

Please complete the google form above to order your child(s) t-shirt to be worn on May 2nd. The winning design was selected by the Administration and the Diversity Committee. Order forms and payment MUST be submitted no later than Thursday, April 10, 2025. Please see the Google form for payment instructions. If ordering multiple t-shirts, you need to submit a form separately for each person. Moving forward, the 2025 multicultural day t-shirt can be worn to school on PE days.

Tuesday, April 8, 2025:
1)Whole classroom photos and
2)the annual eighth grade panoramic photo (students in gown and stole).
Students should dress in regular uniform (not the PE uniform). The cost of the eighth-grade panoramic photo is included in the eighth-grade fee.
The whole classroom photographs should be included in the spring packages.
Parents--please use the Sign-Up Genius link below to volunteer to assist at photo day.
Wednesday, April 9, 2025:
1)Spring 2025 Personality photo day and
2)optional individual eighth-grade student graduation photo day (with gown and stole).
Students may be out of uniform on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 but should follow appropriate Tag Day dress code rules. Eighth graders may opt to have an individual graduation photograph taken that day (gown and stole only).
Paper photo order forms were sent home; students who order using paper forms should present the form to the photographer on picture day. Parents may use the paper photo order forms to order the spring personality photos.
Online preorders will close 48 hours before picture day.
The online portal (shop.legacystudios.com) may be used to order:
1) the spring 2025 personality photos,
2) individual eighth-grade graduation gown and stole photos, and
3) additional eighth grade panoramic photographs using the codes as outlined below.
To pre-order online, visit shop.legacystudios.com and enter the appropriate online code:
4594R25 (underclass spring individual photo)
4594J25 (optional 8th grade stole/gown images)
4594E25 (eighth grade panoramic photograph)--additional copies
Once the images are uploaded and the gallery is available, families will have up to a year to purchase a package.
Eighth grade parents--PLEASE READ REGARDING PANORAMIC PHOTOGRAPHS:
The $20 fee for ONE (1) eighth grade panoramic photograph is included in the annual eighth grade activity fee. The school is placing a bulk order for one (1) panoramic photograph of the eighth grade for each graduating student.
IF a family would like to obtain additional eighth grade panoramic photographs, they may purchase them online at events.legacystudios.com and enter the unique ordering code above.
Students and families will be able to view and purchase additional Panoramic photos online one week post picture day (on or about Tuesday, April 15, 2025). Finished packages will be shipped directly to student's homes.

FRIENDLY REMINDER
The weekly Newsnotes newsletter is emailed to school parents, faculty, and staff Thursday mornings after 10 am. Event chairs should email any paragraphs explaining the event, photos, event flyers, section headers, etc. to Mrs. Reimer in the front office at preimer@stpiusbowie.org. Newsnotes submissions are due by 12 noon on Monday for publication that Thursday. All items (including links) should be proofread prior to submission; entries are subject to editing.
There are two (2) upcoming Thursdays when families will be on spring break and Newnotes will not be published:

Thursday April 24, 2025 (spring break)
