MARYLAND BOOST PROGRAM
The State of Maryland offers a scholarship program for eligible students in grades K-8 called BOOST (Broadening Options and Opportunities for Students Today). Funds are used to help the student attend a participating non-public school.
The parent application for the BOOST program for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. The deadline to apply for a BOOST scholarship is Friday, May 9, 2025.
The BOOST website offers customer service sessions and weekly virtual assistance on Wednesdays from 12 noon to 1 pm until May 7th.
Tuesday, April 8, 2025:
1)Whole classroom photos and
2)the annual eighth grade panoramic photo (students in gown and stole).
Students should dress in regular uniform (not the PE uniform). The cost of the eighth-grade panoramic photo is included in the eighth-grade fee.

Wednesday, April 9, 2025:
1)Spring 2025 Personality photo day and
2)optional individual eighth-grade student graduation photo day (with gown and stole).
Students may be out of uniform on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 but should follow appropriate Tag Day dress code rules. Eighth graders may opt to have an individual graduation photograph taken that day (gown and stole only).
Paper photo order forms were sent home; students who order using paper forms should present the form to the photographer on picture day. Parents may use the paper photo order forms to order the spring personality photos.
Online preorders will close 48 hours before picture day. The online portal (shop.legacystudios.com) may be used to order the personality photos and individual eighth-grade graduation gown and stole photos using the codes as outlined below.

Please complete the google form above to order your child(s) t-shirt to be worn on May 2nd. The winning design was selected by the Administration and the Diversity Committee. Order forms and payment MUST be submitted no later than Thursday, April 10, 2025. Please see the Google form for payment instructions. If ordering multiple t-shirts, you need to submit a form separately for each person. Moving forward, the 2025 multicultural day t-shirt can be worn to school on PE days.

Friday, March 21, 2025 (new date)- The top five winners from the grade level competitions will compete for the grand prize. This competition will be held in the Church from 10:30-11:30 am. There will be one Grand Prize winner and one top winner from each grade.

Field Day 2025 t-shirt order form reminder:
Please fill out this form for your student(s). The 2025 field day t-shirts have already been paid for; no more money is needed.
If you have not done so already, please click the link and fill out a field day t-shirt order form. These t-shirts have already been paid for and every student will be receiving one prior to their scheduled field day. We just need your child's t-shirt size(s). Please note there are YOUTH and ADULT sizes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have multiple children enrolled in SPX, you need to use a computer (not a mobile device) to fill out this form in their respective Google Classrooms. You must fill out one form per student and you MUST make sure you are in the SPX Google account (@stpiusbowie.org) for the student whose form you are filling out. For example: I need to fill out two different forms (one in Mrs. Lonergan's account and a separate one by logging into my seventh-grade daughter's SPX Google account).

SPX CYO will offer flag football, soccer, and track and field programs (spring 2025). Flag football registration information will be available in the immediate future. Soccer and track/field registration is currently open; please see the updated flyer below for additional details.

St. Pius is offering 2 summer camp programs this year for our registered/enrolled students. Pre-school/K summer program will be offered from June 23 - August 8, 2025, and grades K-8 camp will be offered from July 7 - 25, 2025. Kindergarten aged students will be able to attend both/either camp.
