2025-2026 Archdiocese of Washington Tuition Assistance Program:
The application window for ADW tuition assistance is now open. The deadline for Elementary School tuition assistance is Friday, February 21, 2025. This is for students in Pre-K-8th grade.

Reenrollment of current students for the 2025-2026 school year has opened.
Please check your email and follow the instructions to create your new required account in FACTS (the email to parents regarding re-enrollment was sent to parents on Monday, February 3, 2025). Please complete all reenrollment requirements by Friday, February 28, 2025. Every year St. Pius X Regional School must receive an updated pastoral recommendation from your Church for you to receive the Catholic Tuition Rate. It is your responsibility to obtain the pastoral recommendation and supply it to the school. This form MUST be received by May 15, 2025 in order to receive the Catholic Rate. If the Pastoral Agreement is received after the tuition agreement is signed your Catholic Rate will not begin until the month we receive it. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR PREVIOUSLY PAID MONTHS AT THE NON CATHOLIC RATE.
*If you are a member of one of the four regional parishes (St. Pius, Sacred Heart, St. Edwards or Ascension) the School office will reach out to the Church office to confirm the families have qualified for a Pastoral Recommendation for the 2025-2026 School Year if you have provided one to us previously.
St. Pius is offering 2 summer camp programs this year for our registered/enrolled students. Pre-school/K summer program will be offered from June 23 - August 8, 2025, and grades K-8 camp will be offered from July 7 - 25, 2025. Kindergarten aged students will be able to attend both/either camp.

In order to make things easier for our families, we have the opportunity to order individual supply kits from 1st Day School Supplies. All supplies your child will need for the school year will be in the kit. Kits will be individualized according to grade level requests. This will help save you time and effort with your back to school shopping! Please complete this form by 2/20/2025. Thank you!
Carpool Directory
As a change in government jobs is occurring, we recognize that many families' carpooling options may be changing. The purpose of this form is to garner interest in creating a directory of families who may be interested in setting up a carpool with other families living in their neighborhoods.
In filling out this form you are allowing us to use your information (name, number of children, address, phone number) in a carpool directory that other St. Pius families interested in carpooling may have access to.
Please Note: St. Pius X Regional School is not arranging, coordinating, nor managing carpool services or assignments. St. Pius' role is limited to facilitating connections to other families interested in carpooling. Additionally, St. Pius X Regional School/Church, its staff and faculty members do not assume any responsibility beyond the facilitation of the carpool directory.

3rd Multicultural Day T-Shirt Design Contest-We are looking for students - yes you to help us design our Multicultural Day t-shirt! Artists of all experience levels are encouraged to submit. Be sure to double check your spelling and have an adult double check behind you.

Theme: It Takes All Of Us- ONE SPX. The way you interpret that is up to the artist! The artist must include It Takes All Of Us- ONE SPX, the words--Multicultural Day and 2025 in the design. Size:

SPX Green Team Old Uniform Collection
Thank for those who participated in the Christmas light recycling collection we just completed. Now we would like to collect the old uniform pieces that can no longer be worn at the start of the next school year. Therefore as your child grows out of the white polos (with a teal cross), black sweaters and sweatshirts, black PE pants, black PE shorts, teal or black PE tee shirts and thin full button up white shirts (worn under jumpers) the green team would like to collect and donate/recycle them. There will be a bin (see picture below) in the front lobby throughout the rest of the school year and over the summer for you to drop them off as needed.

Annie JR. follows the story of an orphan named Annie living a “hard-knock life” at The New York City Municipal Orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie dreams of being reunited with her parents and takes action to find them. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Roosevelt and finds a new family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named Sandy.
Performances will be held in Nelson Hall on:
Friday, February 21 at 7:30pm
Saturday, February 22 at 7:30pm
Sunday, February 23 at 3:00pm
Doors will open 1 hour prior to the performance and theater doors will open roughly 30 minutes before the show. Seats are first come first serve, except for the first row which are being sold separately as a school fundraiser.
Flowergrams and stargrams will be sold before the show and at intermission. Concessions will be sold at intermission.

The 2025 Scholastic Book Fair is Coming to our School Library!
Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings the books kids want to read right into our school. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child’s reading habits.
*All K-8th grade students will attend the Book Fair during THEIR REGULARLY SCHEDULED LIBRARY CLASS TIME from Monday, February 24 – Friday, February 28. There will be no earlier scheduled preview time for classes, but parents may preview on Sunday, February 23rd from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.
The Book Fair will be open for parents to preview or purchase during the following days and times: Sunday, February 23, 10:00am-1:00pm (PARENT PREVIEW TIME) Monday, February 24 through Friday, February 28, 9:00am-3:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm Sunday, March 2, 10:00am-1:00pm (bring your friends/neighbors)
