ESP Applications must be submitted by June 1st on TADS. There is a $100 application fee.
Applications submitted after June 1st will not be guaranteed aftercare and will be placed on a waitlist.

8th GRADE DANCE
Congratulations to the Class of 2023! They looked c'est magnifique at the graduation dance themed "An Evening in Paris." A sincere thanks to all the parent volunteers who worked to transform the hall into a French-inspired venue filled with music, dancing, food, and fun. We also want to acknowledge the following businesses for gifting door prizes for free food and desserts: Anthony’s Pizza; Chick-fil-A; Cold Stone Creamery; Dessert Junkie; Dunkin Donuts; IHOP; Jersey Mike’s; and Papa John’s; and these schools for donating an assortment of swag for our graduates: Avalon; DeMatha; Georgetown Preparatory; Georgetown Visitation; Gonzaga; Good Counsel; Holy Cross; McNamara; Mount De Sales; Pallotti; Roosevelt; Seton; Spaulding; St. Anselms; St. John’s; and St. Mary’s Ryken. VSP HOURS
Please remember to record all VSP hours into your Track It Forward account. All approvers, please go in and approve hours recorded. It is especially important that you approve the hours earned for 8th grade parents.
PASTORAL RECOMMENDATIONS
An updated Pastoral Recommendation is required to ensure that your family receives the ADW Catholic tuition rate for the upcoming school year. This updated form MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 15, before your tuition agreement is completed.

Vaccine Requirements 2023-2024 School Year
Updates: Please check your students immunization record and make sure it is up to date and the School Nurse has an updated copy.
**** Students entering 7th grade must have a TDAP and MCV vaccine prior to the start of the new school year. Please if your child has already received these vaccinations send in a copy with your student or send to my email.
We will enforce exclusion from school if not received prior to the first day of school.
**** Students entering Kindergarten must have 2 documented doses of MMR and Varicella prior to the first day of school. If your child has already received these vaccinations send in a copy with your student or send to my email.

TUITION AGREEMENTS FOR
2023-2024
All families are required to pay their tuition through TADS Tuition Management Program. Tuition agreements for the 2023-2024 school year will be emailed to you by June 6. TADS offers several options for payment including credit card, direct debit and billings. There is no cost to you to enroll. Payments will be due on the 10thof each month from July through April. If you have questions regarding your tuition payments, please contact Mrs. Toohey, Bookkeeper, at stoohey@stpiusbowie.org If you have questions regarding the set up process of your account after you receive your tuition agreement, you will want to contact TADS at 800-477-8237 or support@tads.com
